emacs -Q -l ./test/rmailmm.el -f rmailmm-test-multipart-handler
  -> hangs with 100% CPU usage

Soon it prints:

Warning (undo): Buffer `*test*' undo info was 12525097 bytes long.
The undo info was discarded because it exceeded `undo-outer-limit'.

So which part of this is the problem: the CPU usage or the memory
usage?

It's inflooping. In 23.3, test-rmail-mime-multipart-handler succeeds
instantaneously.
