Recipe:
emacs -q --daemon
emacsclient -c
C-x 2
M-: (cdr (assq 'window-id (frame-parameters))) RET
emacsclient -c
xdotool windowfocus WINDOW-ID-OF-THE-FIRST-FRAME

The mode line of the selected window of the newly selected frame is not
rendered with face mode-line but with face mode-line-inactive.
