That reminds me: this (gnulib?) warning is non-standard for Emacs configure.
It should appear at the end in the form:

  Does Emacs -lacl?                            yes/no

More like

    Does Emacs use ACL support                   yes/no

(because on some systems ACL functions are in libc).
