Hm.  Should the "Useless Whitespace" node just be folded into
"User-Level Deletion" node?

Are you asking me?  This bug is only about adding documentation
for `delete-trailing-whitespace'.  It belongs with the other,
similar functions in `User-Level Deletion'.

My copy of the Elisp manual (from a build of 2014-02-07) has
no node named `Useless Whitespace'.

I'll add a doc for delete-trailing-whitespace.
