Message #5 received at submit <at> debbugs.gnu.org (full text, mbox):
"ipa-x-sampa" input method inserts a wrong character.
1. Download /pub/GNU/emacs/windows/emacs-24.3-bin-i386.zip (official
build)
2. Extract it to C:\work (use 7-zip)
3. Execute C:\work\emacs-24.3\bin\runemacs.exe (double click on
explorer)
4. Switch to Scratch buffer (C-x b *scratch*)
5. Set input method to ipa-x-sampa (C-x RET C-\ ipa-x-sampa)
6. Type "<F>" (w/o quote)
This command should insert south east arrow, but actually south west
arrow.

Thanks, I fixed this for the next release (24.4) (revision 116915 on
the emacs-24 branch).
