When there are lines with a line-prefix property and hl-line-mode is
enabled, the highlighting is misplaced. The
line-prefix is not highlighted in the current line but in the next line.

This can be triggered by using the latest org-mode in git. The
maintainer of org-mode said it is a bug in Emacs, therefore I do
report it here.

http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.emacs.orgmode/16909

In order to reproduce this create a file with the following contents:
- ---
#+STARTUP: indent showall

* Test
** Test 2
Fooobar
* Bar
- ---

Enable global-hl-line-mode and place the cursor on "Test 2".

It happens also with a `line-prefix' variable, instead of text properties:

   emacs -Q -f view-emacs-news --eval '(setq line-prefix "-")' -f
global-hl-line-mode

Curiously, for the first line in the window, the prefix of the current
line is also highlighted.
