[Message part 1 (text/plain, inline)]
Before gdm starts, I get a tty login prompt. In my SSD computer, gdm starts shortly after, but on a different one with a slow HDD it takes quite a long time. Also, before gdm starts, I have to wait for ntpd to finish printing its start-up message. Is this expected behavior?
