Subject: Display dates in relaxed ISO format
Date: Sat, 24 Feb 2024 15:18:02 +0100
[Message part 1 (text/plain, inline)]
Currently dates are displayed in some weird format:

   Mon Dec 04 18:46:25+0100 2023

This is hard to read and contains useless information (the weekday,
seconds). This makes it very, very hard to e.g.  to spot old issues in a
search-results.

Expected behavior:

Dates are displayed in "relaxed" ISO 8601 format, like this:

   2023-12-04 18:46 +0100

The respective format for Unix command "date" is: "%Y-%m-%d %H:%M %:z"
