char-script-table has inappropriate values for some characters.

4DC0-4DFF	HEXAGRAM FOR *(Yijing Hexagram Symbols)
	(aref char-script-table #x4DC0) => han
        These should be 'symbol or 'cjk-misc or a new symbol.
        As of Noto fonts, they are included in "Noto Sans Symbols2".

16FE0	TANGUT ITERATION MARK
	(aref char-script-table #x16FE0) => symbol
        'tangut is appropriate.

16FE1	NUSHU ITERATION MARK
	(aref char-script-table #x16FE1) => symbol
        'nushu is appropriate.
