(info "(info-stnd) Stand-alone Info") says

Please report bugs in this stand-alone Info program to
<bug-texinfo <at> gnu.org>. Bugs in the Emacs Info reader should be sent to
   <bug-gnu-emacs <at> gnu.org>.

So maybe (info "(info) Advanced") should also say all that too.

info.texi is maintained by the Emacs project, so why would we send
users to bug-texinfo?

All I know is I do
(Info-menu "Info" nil)
(Info-search "bug")
and get nowhere.
Therefore somewhere in the (info "(info) Top") tree please say where to
report bugs.

To the same project as the one where you got the file. As usual.

I don't think there's anything to do here. Closing this as notabug.
As usual, if anyone disagrees, feel free to reopen.
