Subject: 25.2.50; edebug-eval-last-sexp does not support printing full value

edebug-eval-last-sexp (C-x C-e) and edebug-eval-print-last-sexp (C-j)
do not support a 0 numeric argument for printing the full value like
eval-last-sexp and eval-print-last-sexp do.

In GNU Emacs 25.2.50.1 (x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 3.10.8),

Makes sense. I've now implemented this in Emacs 27.
