Hello,

I got the following message trying to tail a file:

"unrecognized file system type 0x794c7630 for 'xyz.log'. please report this
to bug-coreutils <at> gnu.org. reverting to polling"

The debug message said please!

Specs:
Windows 7, running VirtualBox VM with an arch linux install, running kernel
4.11.3-1-ARCH

But just to go deeper, I only get this issue when I tail a log inside a
docker container I run in arch.

tail in coreutils >= 8.25 no longer warns about unrecognized file systems
and does not prompt the user to email with the unrecognized constant.
