Hi,

        using eww, I got the following error:

Debugger entered--Lisp error: (wrong-type-argument stringp nil)
  string-match("\\`-+\\'" nil)
  menu-bar-update-yank-menu(nil nil)
  kill-new(nil)
  eww-copy-page-url()
  funcall-interactively(eww-copy-page-url)
  call-interactively(eww-copy-page-url nil nil)
  command-execute(eww-copy-page-url)

        Thanks.

You mean, this happens every time you click on that button, no matter
what page is being displayed? If so, I cannot reproduce this. I
tried with 3 random Web pages, and none of them exhibited the problem.

        It ordinarily works for me as well. This particular time it
        didn't.

Cannot reproduce the problem with that URL, either.

Can you reproduce this at will?
