I repeatedly receive this error message when trying to run 'tail -f' under
Win10 bash against a log file being written by R:

tail: unrecognized file system type 0x53464846 for
‘SJCAirplaneComplaint.rout’. please report this to bug-coreutils <at> gnu.org.
reverting to polling

A fix is already available in a newer release (since v8.26; we're now at 8.31).
