jsonrpc.el contains the following, it should be
jsonrpc-default-request-timeout, right?

    (defconst jrpc-default-request-timeout 10
      "Time in seconds before timing out a JSONRPC request.")

Both jsonrpc.el in jsonrpc-1.0.9 on gnu elpa and emacs git repo are
the same, hence I chose to report this to bug-gnu-emacs.
