I thought this was fixed because it started working fine a few days
ago. But today, when I pulled and built again (I do this daily), it
stopped working. Again getting this error message:

Subject: make boostrap && make install solved it

The issue was related to build. I did a clean build and it fixed the
issue.

make bootstrap && make install
