issues.guix.gnu.org does not display unarchived re-opened bugs correctly

To add a comment to this bug, you must first unarchive it, by sending
a message to control AT debbugs.gnu.org, with unarchive 44996 in the body.
You can then email your comments to 44996 AT debbugs.gnu.org in the normal way.

Toggle the display of automated, internal messages from the tracker.

On #guix, 'smithras' pointed out that the issues.guix.gnu.org bugtracker
front-end does not display re-opened unarchived bugs as expected:

For example, <https://bugs.gnu.org/22952> was recently unarchived and
re-opened after several years.

However, the corresponding page <https://issues.guix.gnu.org/22952> does
not display any of the recent messages, although it does properly
describe the bug as "open".

I just tested this with my old bug #22137:

https://issues.guix.gnu.org/22137#12

And issues.guix.gnu.org did the right thing (displayed the new
messages).

So this bug is fixed. Closing
