From 'emacs -Q', with the following configuration (taken from the Org
mode manual section 1.3):

  (global-set-key (kbd "C-c a") 'org-agenda)

Typing 'C-c a' used to bring up the Org mode agenda menu in Emacs 27.1,
while in 27.1.90 it results in the following error:

command-execute: Wrong type argument: commandp, org-agenda

Yup; I tried it now in the Emacs 27 branch, and it works for me, so I'm
closing this bug report. If this is still a problem, please respond to
the debbugs address and we'll reopen.
