Subject: 28.0.50; user-init-file points to emacs-lisp/warnings.el in
 win10+native-comp
Date: Wed, 14 Apr 2021 21:50:13 +0800
Dear,

I'm using emacs with feature/native-comp in win10. Recently I found that the `user-init-file' points to `emacs/28.0.50/lisp/emacs-lisp/warnings.el' instead of `c:/Users/xxx/HOME/.emacs'. And also it raises a warinig of `Cannot look-up eln file as no source file was found for c:/Users/xxx/HOME/.emacs.elc`. Until I move my `.emacs' to `.emacs.d/init.el', it works back.
