Have used "emacs-28.0.50 -Q" and "emacs-28.0.50 -q".

Do you get different heading colours for the three heading levels in my elisp file
after doing "M-x outline-minor-mode", followed by executing

   (setq-default outline-minor-mode-highlight 'override)

to the headings below.
