I've pushed a fix for the Tramp error to master (a test file became an
empty string after my last change).

The shadowfile error doesn't happen to me locally. I'll dig further.

Likely, I've found the culprit. This is a side effect of changes in
remote file locks we're working on.

I've pushed 579b0c006e407aef1623f3b42d28b666426406c7 as fix for the
moment. Further work will happen, I hope I don't break it, again.

AFAICS, the tests on hydra pass now. Closing the bug.

Please be patient with us while we're working on file locking. New
failed tests might happen, but I'll have an eye on hydra these days, and
I will fix them soon.
