dabbrevs: "，" should split the same as ","

user-error: No dynamic expansion for ‘如第一，0954建’ found

I had to temporarily change the "，" to a "," to get it to work right.
Only then would 0954建 expand to 0954建國 .

So far the workarounds for fullwidth haven't covered this yet.

I think this may be your half dozenth (that's a word) report of similar
issues, and the answer is (still): Yes, that's a bug in Emacs 27, and
yes, it has been fixed in Emacs 28.

Perhaps you can print that out and stick it to your monitor to remind
you the next time you want to report this?
