Then the "guix pull" started to work as expected. I don't even remember why I had to get into "git's guts". Indeed. Looks like Guile-Git doesn=E2=80=99t expose checkout options yet, = so doing that would be the first step. Maybe Guix should just ignore ~/.gitconfig altogether? Thanks, Ludo=E2=80=99.
