Shipping leuven-dark-theme.el with Emacs?

leuven-theme.el is shipped with Emacs, but its sibling theme
leuven-dark-theme.el is not.

Is there any reason not to add leuven-dark-theme.el to Emacs?

Including it seems logical to me (if the author wishes to include it).

Fabrice has confirmed that it is fine to include this theme in Emacs:

So I've now done that (commit 7728f493cd).
