[patchset] Improving Dlang support in Guix

This patchset, once submitted, will:

- Update ldc to 1.28.1
- Add gdmd, the Perl wrapper around gdc that makes it dmd-compatible
- Update dlang packages to use new-style inputs, and clean them up a bit
- Update dub to 1.23.0

Hm, I sort of lost interest in this patch set, like the emacs-nim-mode one. I was struggling with cmake; i'm sure you'll know how awful it can be :P

If anyone wants to take over this patch set, they're welcome to.

Closing, as this ticked does not contain any patches and original
author lost interest in it.
