Message #5 received at submit <at> debbugs.gnu.org (full text, mbox):
I cannot know how to reproduce the bug. I work a lot with
tabulated-list-mode and database management in Emacs.
Then I get that error: Lisp nesting exceeds `max-lisp-eval-depth' in the
minibuffer, but there is nothing I can do.
I cannot invoke M-: for eval, as again I get this error. I cannot
stop. I cannot invoke M-x as again I get the same error. I never had
this before. I could always invoke M-x and M-: and increase
max-lisp-eval-depth -- now I cannot do nothing. At least C-x s worked
and file were already saved.

If "C-x s" worked, so would C-g, perhaps, and perhaps you could have
produced some backtrace to show us where the problem happened.
If C-g doesn't help, then when this happens, attach GDB to Emacs and
produce the C-level backtrace and Lisp-level backtrace (with the
"xbacktrace" command), then post that here.
Without some supporting data or a recipe for reproducing the problem,
I don't see how we can make any progress with the information you
provided.
