29.0.50; Tramp: emacsclient cannot get access during non-connected Tramp session

I have observed that while Tramp connection is open such as:

/scp:motorolausb:/storage/emulated/0

that emacsclient cannot get connection to server unless I press Ctrl-G
in Tramp connection Dired window, something like this:

  /scp:motorolausb:/storage/emulated/0:
  drwxrwx--- 23 root everybody  4096 Jul  8 11:47 .
  drwx--x--x  4 root everybody  4096 Jun 16  1971 ..

Sounds like whatever is emulating that storage is hanging?

Please set tramp-verbose to 10, and send the whole Tramp debug buffer.
