The latest version fails to install, towards the end of the installation of packages, an error appears. Tested on a virtual machine several times, using virt-manager with the guix-latest profile. I also used a VPN to connect, since the ci.guix.gnu.org server is not available in my country. 

Installing version 1.3 also fails, it crashes at the time of applying grafts for guix and the virtual machine reboots into bios, where it cannot boot the system from the hard disk.
