display-line-numbers-mode breaks image-forward-hscroll

This affects multiple users, see https://emacs.stackexchange.com/questions/74317/how-can-i-get-horizontal-scrolling-in-pdfview-to-work.

Please, exclude modes that use

image-forward-hscroll

like image-mode, pdf-view-mode and docview-mode in

display-line-numbers--turn-on.

Maybe, the list of excluded major modes should be customizable.
