(info "(grep) grep Programs") should mention how to deal with
/.../sm perl flags.
Sure, /.../i would be just -i ...,
but how to deal with the other perl flags.

(I.e.,' m   Treat string as multiple lines.')
or mention that that could never be implemented, as grep is line based etc.
