26.3; BUGS list online seems broken now - can't show latest N bugs

To add a comment to this bug, you must first unarchive it, by sending
a message to control AT debbugs.gnu.org, with unarchive 63055 in the body.
You can then email your comments to 63055 AT debbugs.gnu.org in the normal way.

Toggle the display of automated, internal messages from the tracker.

has always shown a list of the latest 10 bugs submitted. Now it just
shows a screen asking for more field input, and says "No reports
found!".

In GNU Emacs 26.3 (build 1, x86_64-w64-mingw32)
