Gnus email client doesn't storing "Mail News and newsrc-dribble" in
user-emacs-directory, which is "~/.config/emacs/" in my case.
even i have setup   "(setq gnus-home-directory (expand-file-name "gnus/" user-emacs-directory))"
and created that directory there myself.
