Is this a bug in Emacs? It seems like some intermittent error on MELPA,
so I recommend trying again, starting from `emacs -Q'.

This might not be directly related to your issue, but nasm-mode is also
available from NonGNU ELPA (https://elpa.nongnu.org/).
