hint: Consider installing the `glibc-locales' package and defining
`GUIX_LOCPATH', along these lines:
guix install glibc-locales
export GUIX_LOCPATH="$HOME/.guix-profile/lib/locale"

I think this bug
https://issues.guix.gnu.org/issue/70649
is a transient one and/or part of this series [1].
Therefore, I’m closing. Feel free to reopen if I’m missing something.
