Hi,

An automated test of the current libtool HEAD [1] exhibits
test failures on mingw (using Cygwin as development environment,
not the unreliable MSYS2).

On 64-bit mingw:

testsuite: 28 29 31 32 34 35 36 37 136 137 138 152 153 154 155 156 157 169 170 failed

Find attached the log files.

On 32-bit mingw, fewer tests fail:

testsuite: 136 137 138 152 153 154 155 156 157 169 170 failed

Thank you for this bug report as well. All test failures have been
fixed in the CI for 64-bit mingw in master and 32-bit mingw in
development.

Here is a fix applied to libtool in development for 32-bit mingw:
