With emacs -q, open a new file named test.jsx and confirm that js-mode is
active.

Add the following code:

const Foo = () => (
    <br
        test={123}
    />
);

M-x check-parens will report no missing parens. Then, add a comment
containing a colon and call check-parens again.

const Foo = () => (
    <br
        test={123} // Comment: colon
    />
);

I expect check-parens to report no missing parens, but it does, and it
seems to think the opening bracket of the br element is matched with the
closing parenthesis.
