This was noticed by Danny Milosavljevic at #78468, here is the quote:

I have checked and can confirm:

./pre-inst-env guix build --check --no-grafts libwebsockets

guix build: error: derivation `/gnu/store/rw1l1hdhpispikfpdacbpr9a3a3ff45w-libwebsockets-4.3.2.drv' may not be deterministic: output `/gnu/store/1bm9q230i4bkcw9h0gyxn4a6gch4dbm1-libwebsockets-4.3.2' differs
