Hi,

When calling calendar-hebrew-list-yahrzeits at 'end-year' prompt, the
default is set to a useless nil.  This patch set this default to a more
meaningful start-year.

It also fixes calendar-read-sexp behaviour when default is nil.  In this
case, and with this patch, no default is proposed as per format-prompt.
