Hello,

this is most probably a network problem, with the connection to our
servers being interrupted in the middle of a download; for instance
the "temporary failure in name resolution" is an indication of that.

The only advice I could give is to try again until the command succeeds.

So thanks for the report, but I am closing it is probably not a bug
in Guix.
