You should ask on the debian-users mailing list at
<https://lists.debian.org/debian-user/>.  Bug trackers are not a place
to seek help, despite what places like GitHub envision.

You should also supply the text of an error, and not a picture.
Search engines cannot index text on a picture.

Yes. Also, some are not a fan of opening random images sent to mailing
lists. Or use email client which does not show them.
