1. Display the faq with C-h C-f
2. Choose "Finding Emacs and related packages"
3. Choose "Spell-checkers"

At this point URLs are displayed for four packages.  The URL for ispell
is seriously outdated and unfortunately no longer works.  The correct
URL is https://www.cs.hmc.edu/~geoff/ispell.html
