These key sequences are supposed to involve the tool bar items `<Back
in History>' and `<Forward in History>' respectively, however they use
the older version of these items' names where "history" is lowercase.
This causes the commands to not be bound to any real key event.

This bug seems to have been introduced in Emacs 28, when the
capitalization of those menu/tool bar items was changed, but I couldn't
find any bug report about it.

(The changes in the definitions of `Info-history-back-menu' and
`Info-history-forward-menu' aren't necessary from what I understand;
they are included here for the sake of consistency.)
