Today, I noticed Emacs does not highlight the FILTER SQLite keyword.
So, I rolled up my sleeves, opened the official SQLite documentation,
and updated all SQLite font-lock rules. Everything should be covered
now. I also added links to the official docs to aid future updates.
P.S. Some SQLite data types are multi-word; I tested it, and they all
seem to work correctly, e.g. "NATIVE CHARACTER" is highlighted, as is
"CHARACTER", but not "NATIVE".
