- Run Emacs on Android.

- Invoke menu item "Org / Agenda Command..." or `M-x org-agenda RET'.

- The Org agenda menu buffer is shown.

- Now it is impossible to escape this, because the on-screen keyboard is
  not shown, the Org agenda menu buffer doesn’t react to touch events
  and there is no way to cancel the command.  The only way to get out I
  have found is killing Emacs from Android.

The same happens even if touch-screen-display-keyboard is set to t — no
keyboard is shown in this case.
